TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brand30 ("the Program") provided by Navero LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Product - Digital Delivery

CRITICAL: Brand30 is a digital educational product.

Upon successful payment processing:

• You receive IMMEDIATE access to all course materials
• Login credentials are sent within minutes
• All video content, tools, and resources become instantly available
• There is NO physical product to ship
• Access begins immediately and cannot be "returned"

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge you are buying immediate access to digital content.

3. Program Description

Brand30 includes:

• 4 live weekly coaching calls with Andy Mewborn
• 50+ pre-recorded video lessons
• 3-month access to Distribute (AI one-pager tool)
• 3-month access to Andy's LinkedIn Tool
• LinkedIn templates and swipe files
• Private community access
• Weekly action plans
• Lifetime access to session recordings

4. Payment Terms

• Program fee: $499 USD (one-time payment)
• Payment processed via Stripe
• By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount
• All prices in USD
• You are responsible for any taxes

5. Refund Policy - 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a conditional 14-day money-back guarantee with the following REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for a refund, you MUST:

• Attend ALL live calls during the first 14 days
• Complete ALL assignments given in the first 14 days
• Post on LinkedIn at least 10 times during the 14 days
• Submit proof of work completion
• Request refund within 14 days of purchase
• Demonstrate you implemented the strategies taught

Refunds will be DENIED if:

• You miss more than 1 live call without watching the recording
• You fail to complete assignments
• You don't post regularly on LinkedIn
• You cannot show proof of implementation
• You request after 14 days
• You file a chargeback instead of requesting a refund

6. Prohibited Chargeback Policy

CRITICAL - READ CAREFULLY:

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank/credit card company instead of following our refund policy constitutes:

• Breach of these Terms
• Attempted fraud
• Theft of digital services

If you file a chargeback:

• We will provide Stripe with evidence of digital delivery and your immediate access
• We will pursue collection for the full amount plus fees
• We may pursue legal action for breach of contract
• You will be responsible for all legal fees and costs
• The debt may be reported to credit agencies
• You will be permanently banned from all Company products

ALWAYS request a refund through our policy BEFORE contacting your bank.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program content including videos, tools, templates, and materials are owned by Navero LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• Share login credentials
• Download and redistribute content
• Resell or repackage materials
• Create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not share access with others
• Participate in good faith
• Not disrupt live sessions
• Respect other community members

9. Disclaimers

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: While we share strategies that have worked for us and others, we cannot guarantee your specific results. Success depends on your implementation, market, and other factors beyond our control.

AS-IS BASIS: The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Washington State law.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, except for:

• Small claims court actions
• Injunctive relief for intellectual property violations
• Collection actions for chargebacks

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
